Everything, amazing place to stay, worth ur money

None when i went there

we come to Malang quite often, for a reason. compare to any other hotel in town, this is the most comfort for us so far, so we always stay at this hotel

there was one time, around Sept 2021, they had to move breakfast to other building, next to the restaurant. it was very chaos, very not well prepare, dirty floor and crowded.

The location is beside a premium house settlement in malang.....some great and modern cafes are easily found near the hotel.

The shower handle maybe is a bit rusty so we can't switch it easily to the upper shower head, but no problem with hot water. The exhaust fan in d bathroom didnt work. The room has safety box...but it runs out of battery...

The garden, koi pool is amazing, pool view. The location is nearby with the city

The location is near the ijen Street and not in front of the street, so its less noisy at night. They gave us a complimentary dinner when we checkin, which is very nice. The staff is also very friendly

The covid protocol is still kancing ; not checking body temperature when entered the restaurant, self service, didnt apply physical distancing. Only remind us to wear a mask. The food is also very average ; Taste and choices

It is my first time to come and visit Malang city, I and my Bestfriend decided to stay and pamper ourselves by choosing to stay with the Ijen Resort Hotel. Since the beginning, we enter the lobby we feel like home already. Almost all the staff welcoming us to the hotel with a great smile on their face. We got delicious yet warm tea at that time. As requested, they give us a high-level floor which made my day. The room is so clean and spacious and the best part is I can see the hills right after our room window ????????????. Short story, we love to explore foods from every each city and country that we are, and this time we would like to try the Malang food. Unfortunately, my Bestfriend was not in good shape which makes him ill. He got diarrhea a few hours after our dinner in Batu. I tried my best to makes him feel better but it getting a bit worse than before. After he consumed local medicine, he finally able to sleep well and rest. I report this incident to the hotel in case if his health getting worse. The hotel offered me assistance such as a doctor and any other thing that I might need for him to feel better. That was a really fast response from them. THUMBS UP!!!! I spoke with the lady on a phone to just be ready whenever I call them if something happened. A few minutes after, Ijen Suites Hotel sent us a complimentary porridge for my ill friend. I was not able to say much yet thank you to the in-room dining guy who sends the food to our room. He ate the porridge and feel better. The hotel also keeps asking his feeling. I never expected the resort will taking care of their guest that much and make sure the guest satisfaction to the top. I AM VERY GRATEFUL! I AM HAPPY TO STAYING HERE! AND YOU ALL ARE ROCK STAR!! You turn my moment into a memory which we definitely will not going to forget!!! OUTSTANDING CLEANLINESS! AMAZING POOL!! WARM AND COZY JACUZZI! DELICIOUS FOODS! AND LAST BUT MORE IMPORTANT! AMAZING HOTEL EVER

Location wise is excellent, you can reach everywhere just in short time from this place. This place does not have a big range of breakfast but the taste is yummy.

Everything about the hotel is great, the room, the bathroom, the hotel facilities is complete, it has swimming pool, a gym and two different restaurants one for the guests and the other is for visitors. It is in the mid town and nearby of culinary places, and is suggested to take the online vehicles with only 1-5 minutes ride.

Since the location has the same access gate with sort of realestate environment so it has lacked view, nothing but people's residences. We had a twin room on the 5th floor. I did not trying the food but I ordered strawberry smoothy and it was dairy added which I did not expected to be.

Good breakfast although mainly Indonesian but it is in Indonesia so thats what it is! Very efficient and friendly staff. Well maintained rooms.

The swimming pool is so cold you cant swim in it, I spent just five minutes in it for a four night stay.Very little choice in the restaurant, McDonalds has more. Rooms a little small.

we stay at the second floor for 2 nights and was quite noisy for some unidentified work in progress all night, specially after 5 am in the morning ...we complain and they offer to move to the nine floor. I think that they have to advise costomers about it true booking.com

hot water in the swimming pool would give much more pleasant experience since the current swimming pool has a freezing water thus couldn't enjoy it enough

Polite reception staffs. Helping to arrange the room transfer as I had different room reservation the earlier day. Nice open space lobby, but wonder how the stay manage to stay warm in the cold and chill temperature of Malang city in the evening.

The hotel was full and packed. The breakfast room was crowded. The food was so-so. Nice swimming pool but the water was cold, wish it has temperature controlled system, will be great to enjoy morning swimming with cold weather of Malang city. Bed size (single) is slightly slim fit for my size. Feel cheated as I good lower room price from different site.

I feel like I am away from the city, though you can reach the mall 5 mnt drive. I really like the area. The patio my favorite because I can sit outside and read.

Housekeeping is excellent. The bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast selection is good except for the chinese porridge. We feel the porridge is too thick.

The pool, room, staff. Breakfast was varied everyday! Good fresh fruits, cooked to order eggs, LOTS of Indonesian food choices. Location is in a nice residential area, not too far from the action in town. Automatic wake-up service provided by the mosque....at 4:40 am. Room ok for the price, not really large, but adequate. Lots of TV channels in English. We will come back great value for the price. Very helpful front office staff.

It would be nice to have 2 hand towels in the bathroom in addition to the large bath towel. Avoid the weekends if you don't care for families and the noisy kids at the pool. A bit of a walk to the action in town; however, in the hotel we never heard the traffic and tooting horns. The mosque woke me up at 4:35am, the last night at 2:30 am.
